Personal Description:

I am a teacher by passion and deeply enjoy working with students, helping them build a solid understanding of their subjects while laying a strong foundation for academic success. My goal is to guide students toward achieving excellent grades and fostering a deep interest in STEM fields. I believe that strong foundational learning not only paves the way for academic achievements but also equips students with the skills and confidence to pursue bright careers and become successful individuals. My education, experience and skills enabled me to provide a customized learning environment and engagement that develops a healthy relationship that stays for life.

Tutoring Experience:

I have 6 years of experience providing quality tutoring for high school and university students, specializing in personalized home tuition sessions. My approach has been particularly effective for small group settings, fostering collaborative learning and engagements. I have successfully taught both boys and girls, tailoring my teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles for both academic needs, preparing for competitive and entrance exams.

Throughout my tutoring journey, I have focused on creating an engaging and supportive environment, ensuring that students gain a clear understanding of concepts while building their confidence in subjects like Mathematics, Science and Economics. My experience has equipped me to handle varying academic levels and help students achieve their goals consistently.

Tutoring Approach:

1) My first step is to understand the goal of the student for example- preparing for competitive exam, school / university curriculum or personal enrichment.
2) I try to gauge student current understanding of the subject to determine the base level or platform to launch the course
3) My next step is to have as much dialogue to develop a relationship, trust and provide a supporting environment. This ultimately helps me to prepare a customized lessons plan or calendar.
4) I tried to evolve the various tools and medium that will help me to provide effective classes and best learning for the student. I learn and reflect from my classes and enable the best methods, discussion and pace of the learning.
5) Now the class picks up, focus on curriculum, support problem solving and motivates student. I define expectation, explain the student, adjust for mutual growth and monitors over the period.
6) Define and develop feedback session, assess the impact of feedback and facilitate improvement plan for an overall effective learning.
7) Conclude the classes, prepare a summary of the classes and documents learning as a tutuor and share my observations with the parents.
