Personal Description:
My Name is Alka , I have over 20 years of teaching experience with WRDSB and Conestoga College.
My Qualifications are Master's of Chemistry, Bachelor of Education and MMT(Master of Mathematics for Teachers). This MMT program is only offered to experienced teachers in the University of Waterloo.
I am very confident and comfortable teaching IB Math and IB Chemistry. Experienced teaching Functions Grade 11, Advanced Functions Grade 12, and Calculus courses.
I would like to know students strengths and areas of improvement, then tailor my tutoring approach based on the need of the student to achieve success.
Tutoring Experience:
IB Math - Grade 11 and Grade 12
AP Math - Grade 11 and Grade 12.
Functions and Advanced Functions, Calculus.
