Personal Description:

I have been tutoring for more than six years, and I also have experience working with students at both the middle and high school levels. I have also helped students at the college level. I began tutoring during my freshman year of undergraduate school. Now, I am a chemistry tutor with plenty of experience to help with all levels of the material.

Tutoring Experience:

I attended college to earn a bachelor's degree in biology. Prior to college, I scored 34 on the ACT Composite, 35 on the ACT Science, 760 on the SAT Subject Test in Chemistry, and 770 on the SAT Subject Test in Biology. I am currently a pre-med student.

Tutoring Approach:

I think the best thing you can do as a tutor is to teach your students to be independent learners. To do this, I help my students understand how they learn the best and teach them effective techniques to remember concepts.
