Personal Description:

I’m Abby! I am 28 years old and a certified early childhood educator currently living and working in Newfoundland, Canada. I also work as an inclusion support worker and I absolutely love what I do. Education is such a huge passion of mine - specifically, the arts/english and anything creative! I also happen to specialize in working with children with communicative disorders/developmental disabilities (autism, adhd, etc).

Tutoring Experience:

I am a certified early childhood educator and inclusion worker. I have been working with children for 10+ years now, and have been in the education field for 5+! I always tutored throughout high school and college and I’ve done some online tutoring recently! I completed a competitive Creative Writing program in Toronto and graduated after writing a 500 page manuscript, so I feel very equipped to teach and help children to foster their creativity and individual passions!

Tutoring Approach:

There IS no one-size-fits-all approach to teaching/tutoring in my opinion. Each and every student/child is unique and different and they learn in their own ways. And we have to cater to that, to each students individual strengths and weakness and needs.
