Personal Description:
Self- directed and enthusiastic teacher with a passion towards creating effective and engaging learning experiences for my students. Experienced in working with stage 4, 5 and 6. Willing to teach Physics. Strong knowledge of teaching standards, curriculum and assessment design. Good understanding of varied teaching strategies to cater Gifted & Talented and Special needs students.
Tuition Experience:
Hands-on experience in teaching science to stage 4-5 and Chemistry/Biology/Senior Science to stage 6. Willing to teach Physics.Taught years 7-11 at Greystanes High School for 2 terms on a full time basis. 2 years of prior experience in Early Childhood Education.
Tutoring Approach:
In my opinion all students are different and each student deserves to be taught and explained to in different ways that meets their learning needs. It might not always be feasible to teachers to accommodate all needs in a class of 30. As a private tutor I consider myself as an aid that will allow students to understand the curriculum and content better providing better opportunities for academic achievement.
