Information about Sue - Avalon tutor

Personal Description:

I am a recent mature aged graduate of Sydney University majoring in Jewish civilization. My other studies covered all areas of modern history. My passion is history, my hobbies are reading, writing and listening to music. I like to travel to the places I have studied such as the Israel, Jordon and Doha. I intend to continue travelling to these areas so that I can follow my passion teaching senior students about 'the cradle of civilisation', which reaches into modern history.

Tuition Experience:

On return from my Middle Eastern travels, I assisted my grandson (year 8) with regards to the syntax, grammar and construction of paragraphs for extols and general history essays. This resulted in both essays recieving an A.

Tutoring Approach:

My lessons are both productive and enjoyable. When teaching a lesson, I would listen to my students questions and together we would explore the topics needed for their answers. I aspire to give my students confidence in their quest for knowledge in History.
